Return & Exchange Policy
- All products purchased from DearBaby™ comes with a 7 day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery or purchase in the shop. Items that are damaged or defective can be returned within 7 days for exchange only if it comes with its original purchase receipt and packaging.
- Some products may also come with additional manufacturer’s warranty which will be listed under the individual's product details. For more information or clarifications on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, kindly contact us prior to purchase for clarifications.
- New items may be returned within 7 days for exchange (only) with no questions asked provided the product is not opened, is returned in its original packaging and comes with its original purchase receipt with the EXCEPTION for back-ordered items that is not returnable or refundable.
- Shoes - All shoes bought can be exchanged for sizes only (subjected to stock availability) within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in product description for clearance styles where no exchange will be applicable.
- We seek customers' kind understanding that any exchanges are to be done at our retail outlet. Any request for off-site exchanges are subjected to additional 2-way deliveries charges as per re-delivery charges.
- We regret that all orders are non-refundable once it is confirmed and payment received.
- Products that are recalled by manufacturers will be gladly accepted for return by DearBaby™ as long as the item is accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
